Terms and conditions
VERSION 1.2 · FROM 1. 10. 2026Pickfirst is operated by Lumegro, s.r.o., Company ID 08827877, Nové sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno. These terms apply to everyone who uses it.
Version 1.2 of 1. 10. 2026 is an editorial change: the service is now called Pickfirst. Your rights and obligations do not change, so it applies straight away — the 14-day notice under “Changes to the terms” is for changes of content.
1. What the service does
Pickfirst loads your shop's product feeds, merges them, adds categories and prepares output feeds for ad channels (ChatGPT, Heureka, Google Shopping). The output feeds are made and published by Mergado; you get the feed address in the app and paste it into the channel.
2. What we need from you
The shop's address, proof that the shop is yours, and the seller details the target channel requires. We write nothing into your shop — we only read the feeds the shop publishes.
3. Price
The pilot is free and commits you to nothing. If we start charging for the service, you'll know in advance and payment starts only with your consent. Nothing is charged automatically.
4. What we don't promise
We don't guarantee that an ad channel accepts your products or how they will sell — the channel operator (OpenAI, Heureka, Google) decides about listing and display by its own rules. The service runs „as is“, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
5. Liability
You are responsible for the content and correctness of the data in your shop. We are not liable for damage caused by an outage, an error in the shop's data or a decision of an ad channel. This does not affect your consumer rights if you use the service as a consumer.
6. Termination
You can switch a channel off or ask for your account to be closed at any time. After closing we delete your data within 30 days; the exception are documents we have to keep by law. Projects created in Mergado we switch off — they can only be deleted by hand in the Mergado interface.
7. Changes to the terms
We'll tell you about a change by e-mail or in the app at least 14 days in advance. If you don't agree with the change, you can end the service before then.
